1. License

Subject to these Terms, WaterFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial hydration tracking and related wellness use.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• You must not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app except where law expressly permits.
• You are responsible for maintaining device-level security, backups, and access controls for your own devices.
• You must not interfere with reminder delivery, billing flows, ads integrations, or device-to-device transfer features in a way that harms the service or other users.

3. Health Disclaimer

WaterFlow is a general wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for licensed professional care. Hydration recommendations shown in the app are general estimates and may not be appropriate for every person, condition, climate, or activity level.

4. Features, Availability, and Compatibility

WaterFlow may offer features such as daily logging, reminders, custom cup sizes, widgets, statistics, achievements, device transfer tools, and Wear OS integration. Some features may depend on Android version, device capability, Google Play Services availability, network access, premium entitlement status, or watch compatibility. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for product, legal, security, or performance reasons.

5. Premium Plans and Purchases

• WaterFlow may offer free and premium features.
• Premium plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options, depending on availability in Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account before renewal.
• Pricing, taxes, billing periods, refunds, and purchase management are handled through Google Play and may vary by region.
• Restoring purchases and premium access may depend on the same Google account and store rules that applied to the original purchase.

6. Ads and Third-Party Services

The app may display ads and rely on third-party services such as Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, and Google Play Services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

7. Data, Backup, and Transfers

WaterFlow is designed around local data handling, but backup, restore, transfer, and watch connectivity outcomes can vary by device and platform behavior. You are responsible for reviewing imported data before applying a transfer and for protecting any exported files you choose to share or store.

8. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted reminders, exact delivery timing, uninterrupted widget or watch behavior, error-free statistics, or compatibility with every Android, tablet, or Wear OS setup. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

9. Regional Addendum (TR / US / EU)

If mandatory local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail over conflicting clauses below.

10. Termination

You may stop using WaterFlow at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling any subscription through Google Play if applicable. We may suspend or terminate access or feature availability if required for legal, security, store-policy, or operational reasons.
